Aureatis Capital NZ Limited (“Aureatis Capital”) is a proud investment arm of the Wang Family Office and Business Trust, as well as Huadu International Group Limited (“Huadu”) and its connected entities (“Huadu Group”), a leading force in New Zealand’s real estate investment, property development and manufacturing sectors. The Group also has a strong track record in originating, structuring and investing in venture capital, private equity and high-growth entrepreneurial investments.
Founded in 2013 by Jianping Wang (Chairman of Huadu Group and Aureatis Capital) and headquartered in Christchurch, New Zealand, Huadu Group has built a strong reputation as a key player in the development and construction of multi-tenant office buildings, educational institutions, and residential properties as well as the manufacturing sector. Aureatis Capital’s mission is to leverage both international knowhows and deep local expertise to maximise long-term wealth for our investors.
Before immigrating to New Zealand, Mr. Wang accumulated extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate investment, alternative investment, property development, construction and manufacturing in Mainland China. He holds an Executive MBA (EMBA) from Tsinghua University, Beijing, and has held several senior leadership positions across large organisations.
With a strong focus on creating sustainable growth, both Huadu Group and Aureatis Capital aim to establish themself as leading New Zealand enterprises with a distinguished reputation across multiple sectors. About the Chairman
Jianping Wang’s (JP) is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of cross-border investment and operations experience, primarily through Huadu Group. His extensive career and leadership in various sectors have earned him recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Prominent People in South Island, New Zealand (The Press).
JP has a proven track record of successful investments and business ventures, demonstrating a strong ability to align stakeholders around value creation and formulate long-term investment strategies. His expertise spans across key industries including real estate development, construction, education, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), media, and private equity and venture capital project investments.
